What useful support can look like.

The following are illustrative briefs, not completed client projects or measured outcomes. They show how practical support could be organised for a vegan business.

Illustrative brief: a vegan food launch

The situation: a founder is coordinating launch materials while everyday administration keeps accumulating.

Possible support: organise the task list, prepare response drafts, track incoming questions and keep approved materials in one place.

Example deliverables: a launch checklist, an inbox follow-up list and a content-preparation schedule. Results would be assessed against an agreed brief; no sales outcome is promised.

Illustrative brief: supplier research

The situation: a vegan brand wants a clearer view of potential suppliers before contacting them.

Possible support: research the specified criteria, record the source for each finding and separate confirmed information from unanswered questions.

Example deliverables: a sourced comparison and a shortlist of questions for direct verification. A comparison does not certify vegan status, suitability or compliance.

Illustrative brief: a steadier content workflow

The situation: a small business has ideas and brand assets, but no consistent process for turning them into reviewed content.

Possible support: organise themes, prepare draft Canva materials and keep a visible approval queue.

Example deliverables: a content calendar and an organised draft library. Publication remains subject to the business owner’s approval.

Honest examples, not invented proof

These examples describe a possible scope of work. They are not testimonials, customer endorsements or claims of growth.

A real case study belongs here only when the work, permission to share it and any stated result can be substantiated.
